MAIN HOUSE

WHERE WE GATHER

With multiple living spaces to lounge along with the kitchen and dining room, this is where we’ll relax together and connect for our sessions. The rooms in this house are tucked away and quiet, and just steps away from the detached yoga studio.

This house is for you if: you like to be close to the action, enjoy multiple areas to sit and read/journal, or love to be the first one to grab coffee or tea in the morning!

ROOM 1

Private Room with a King Bed, a Private En-Suite Bathroom, and a Private Entrance. This is the largest room on the property and could accommodate up to 3 friends total!

This house is for you if: you like to start your morning in a hammock, by the pool, or walking the labyrinth. It’s also more secluded than the main house, while still just steps away from the action.

Find stillness before the rush of the holidays…

  • November 1: Welcome

    Arrive at 3pm (or later this evening) to get settled, and begin your journey to relaxation. optional Yin Yoga practice is offered to ease your body after traveling. Later in the evening we will gather for dinner followed by a fireside Opening Circle. Perhaps you end your evening with a late swim in the heated pool.

  • November 2: Synchronicity

    Coffee and tea await the early risers, perhaps you choose to read or journal before the morning yoga practice.

    Today we dive into Rhythms + Rituals with Liz, and a couple hours of afternoon downtime await (perfect for another swim or reading in a hammock by the pool).

    Late afternoon brings a guided group Forest Therapy session with Madison. We settle into the evening with plant based food and storytelling.

  • November 3: Reciprocity

    Another morning of early coffee/tea and journaling, followed by a morning yoga practice.

    After breakfast, we will make our way to Joshua Tree National Park to integrate walking meditation. We arrive back for lunch and downtime (perhaps another swim?).

    Another delicious dinner from Dori brings nourishment for the body, and ending the evening with a Sound Bath with Hannah and Jamie brings nourishment for the mind and heart.

  • November 4: Manifestation

    We begin the day with our mindful morning rhythm accompanied by tea or coffee before meeting at our mats. then starts Our farmer’s Market meander. We return to the cozy cacti of our retreat home to create our malas with liz.

    The afternoon brings downtime, massages, and completing our malas. After a sunset dinner al fresco, we honor our time together with a Closing Circle.

  • November 5: Integration

    One last morning, we gather for quiet time and morning yoga practice. We savor our last meal together at breakfast, and depart by 11am.
